The importance of support for Jordan

I joined Space Station as a Customer Sales Advisor in the Uxbridge Branch. It’s all been amazing, but my biggest success so far here is being a successful candidate on the Launchpad programme. Within 5 months of working hard on the programme, I was promoted to Assistant Manager of the Slough Branch.

As the programme is split into sections, it really does allow you to learn things slowly and gives you a reason to complete tasks that you might not do in your day-to-day work. The best thing about it is that I can teach fellow colleagues the topics I learn, and strengthen the team’s knowledge of processes.

As well as the Launchpad programme, working in a small team is very beneficial. I was able to work very closely with management to become the very best within my position. This involved training, extra guidance when needed and being trusted to take on my own projects.

I am extremely excited for the journey ahead and, as I am still completing my Launchpad programme, I can’t wait to keep learning and gain more confidence in adapting to my new role.
