How Richard is reaching his goals

I’ve loved all my time at Space Station, but my biggest success so far is being accepted onto the Assistant Manager Launchpad programme. I can’t wait to get started on the course and be able to progress within the company – as well as hopefully progress further to Store Manager one day.

I have always enjoyed the training part of my work and would love to one day become a trainer with the company. Helping to bring the company teachings and standards to life for the next generation of staff who will be starting in the same position as I did would be amazing.

From becoming a more rounded individual because of the company’s emphasis on work-life balance to always having your ideas and contributions acknowledged, I know first-hand how much enthusiasm and motivation working for this company gives you. I’d love to give that to others, and the Launchpad programme is my first step to getting there!
