Jordan’s personal growth

Space Station has truly made me into the confident, organised and enthusiastic young woman I am today. During my time I have become very self-aware of who I am as a person, and this has allowed me to put my skills to good use.

As an employee I feel very valued, working alongside a fantastic team with great progression opportunities. We even take profile tests before joining that help our managers personalise our training to get the best out of us. This support has inspired me to work to the highest standard, always presenting Space Station’s values to every customer, with a smile and a ‘Can-do’ attitude.

New employees feel this support straight away through our ‘Buddy’ system. It is a great way to show people that they are not alone, and can ask for help without any judgement. I have also been able to be a mentor to another colleague who has recently joined the Launchpad programme, assisting them with progressing further, and using my knowledge to help with their development. It’s truly a great place to learn and grow in both your career and yourself.
