Niamh’s Space Station highlights

I have grown massively as a person since working for Space Station. My biggest win so far is moving into Head Office, giving me a view of my future career. Space Station really believed in me when I wanted to move from sales to marketing, despite having no previous marketing experience, and I’ve now been able to make the move thanks to the thorough training given to me.

Support is really important for success in your career. My management is very supportive and approachable, and I look forward to going to work in such a lovely, positive environment. You really do have daily support from everyone around you, and it is just like a large family. 

The benefits are great, too. I personally use the annual bonus scheme as it really shows how much your hard work pays off. The Perkbox is also an amazing benefit that I use a lot!
