As well as supporting our staff’s development behind the scenes every single day, we also offer a dedicated programme to help members of the team to progress in their career. Launchpad is Space Station’s development and training programme, designed to equip our Customers Sales Advisors with the knowledge to take the next step in their careers: becoming Assistant Managers. Assistant Managers can also apply to Launchpad, to learn skills needed to run their own store as a Store Manager. We’ve seen so many incredible people advance in their careers with the help of this programme.
